Vincent Webb is the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Shajani CPA, where he plays a critical role in upholding the firm’s technical excellence and professional standards. In this role, Vincent leads engagement quality reviews across compilation, review, and audit files, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with evolving CPA standards.

Vincent is responsible for detailed file reviews, the design and enforcement of firm-wide templates, and the continuous improvement of quality control processes. He works closely with teams across the firm to train, coach, and elevate technical performance, fostering strong professional judgment and a culture where quality is embedded in every engagement.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a Chartered Professional Accountant licensed in both British Columbia and Alberta. With over 10 years of public practice experience, Vincent has worked with clients of all sizes across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, service-based organizations, and non-profits.

Vincent contributes to Shajani CPA’s mission by leading through mentorship and technical leadership. He is deeply committed to developing staff capabilities, helping professionals strengthen their judgment, efficiency, and confidence while delivering high-quality work to clients.

Outside of work, Vincent is an avid beekeeper and maintains several hives in his spare time—a hobby that reflects his patience, attention to detail, and respect for well-functioning systems
