CPA, CA, TEP, LL.M (Tax), LL.B, MBA, BBA
Tax & Assurance Partner

I serve as a trusted advisor to owners of family-owned and closely held enterprises who require clarity, structure, and sound judgment in complex tax, assurance, succession, and capital matters. My role is to work alongside clients on an ongoing basis—helping them keep their affairs in order, anticipate risks before they emerge, and act decisively when opportunities or pressures arise.

My practice is built on continuity and stewardship. Clients engage me not for isolated transactions, but for long-term advisory relationships that provide direct access, disciplined planning, and thoughtful execution. This approach ensures that restructurings, M&A activity, financing events, and transitions are carried out with preparation, context, and alignment to broader personal, family, and enterprise objectives.

I lead and personally mentor a senior professional team and work within a strong network of legal, tax, and financial specialists. This model allows clients to benefit from institutional-grade execution while maintaining a single, accountable advisor who understands the full picture and remains directly engaged in the decisions that matter most.

My experience spans complex tax planning, corporate reorganizations, assurance engagements, dispute resolution, and CFO-level advisory across both public and private enterprises. I have advised owners and boards in situations involving material financial risk, competing stakeholder interests, and imperfect information—bringing structure, clarity, and calm judgment to decisions that sit at the intersection of enterprise value, control, and legacy.

My professional background integrates accounting, tax, law, and business strategy. I have trained and practiced in large and mid-sized accounting firms, worked extensively in audit and assurance, and developed deep expertise in domestic and international tax planning. This breadth allows me to advise with precision while remaining grounded in practical execution and governance realities.

I am a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), hold a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M), am a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), and hold an MBA specializing in accounting and finance. I have also completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Program. While these credentials provide a strong technical foundation, my focus remains on applying that knowledge thoughtfully, responsibly, and in service of long-term client outcomes.

Beyond client work, I am actively involved in professional and community initiatives focused on governance, education, and financial literacy. Mentorship, service, and institution-building are central to how I practice and lead. I believe enduring success—whether in business, family, or community—is achieved through preparation, principled judgment, and a commitment to lifting others over time.
